We proudly serve locally sourced meats from our in-truck mounted smoker, including beef brisket, pulled pork, St Louis side ribs and chicken using our blend of pecan, hickory, peach and mesquite woods.


But we don't stop there, as no southern meal would be complete without a variety of sides like Mac & Cheese, Bacon Hushpuppies, Coleslaw, Warm Potato Salad, Baked Beans, and Collard Greens.
